Last weekend Alison and I decided to go out for Sunday lunch and after driving about 30 miles we ended up at this fine establishment knows as The Duke of York in Iddesleigh, Devon.

We had lunch for 2 and a drink each. It was an exceptionally good meal, reasonably priced and served with a smile. The local people are very friendly and we were made extremely welcome by the landlord and his wife.
It is hard to believe that it is about 20 years since we last had a pint in there so hope it not another 20 until the next one.
