A Riverside Walk (part 2)

12th June 2018

.......a little further upstream on the River Mole at South Molton I came across some small waterfalls
that caused the waters to splash and gurgle.  Such a relaxing sound that I felt compelled to sit for a spell and just listen to the waters as they flowed along their way.

As readers will see from thisimage the waters tumble off the rocks in a smooth flowing manner, but then they start to bubble and dance beneath the rock ledge

Here there is a natural calmness amidst the bubbling and flowing of the River Mole

Beneath the rocks one is treated to a             different view of the bubbling waters

.....and finally a longer shot of the waterfall
that causes the waters to dance.

In tomorrow's post I will present some images of the plant life I found during my walk along the River Mole on the Saturday afternoon of our "chill out" weekend break at Riverside Caravan Park
The park is set between the picturesque Devon village of North Molton and the market town of South Molton
